Received a Damaged Item?
No problem! Just follow these quick steps:
Step 1: Get in touch with us within 3 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp or email at support@thegirlboss.in. Don’t forget to attach pictures of the damaged product and your order ID.
Step 2: We’ll review your request within 48 business hours.
Step 3: If approved, we’ll schedule a reverse pick-up from your address.
Step 4: If reverse pick-up isn’t available in your area, we’ll share alternative return options.
Step 5: Once the item is with us, we’ll send you a replacement (subject to stock) or issue a refund—whatever works for you!

Missing or Wrong Items in Your Order?
We’re on it! Here’s what to do:
Step 1: Contact us within 3 days via WhatsApp or email with your order ID. If an item is missing, please share an unboxing video. For incorrect items, send us clear photos.
Step 2: We’ll get back to you within 48 working hours.
Step 3: Once approved, we’ll quickly ship out the missing or correct items.

Cancelling an Order?
You can cancel your order before it’s fulfilled. Once it’s shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
